Folds upright with adjustable seat and adjustable foot rest.
Measures 31"high  when folded and 26" resting.it is 18" wheel to wheel.
The wheels are metal,all original parts.
This buggy is in excellent condition.very all pictures carefully as this item is about 100+ years old.The original conpany tag is on the bottom.Beautiful collectors item.
