Returns-We have a 30 day return policy. Item must be returned in exact condition as sold. We take note if serial numbers on electronics. Tags cannot be ripped off, nor new packages open. (We do make exceptions case by case)
Shipping-Most everything we try to ship in a recycled box (not a garbage box) so you may receive your eBay item in an amazon box. Also please realize, if you are buying a collectible, it may be shipped in a bubble envelope (with care). If this is unacceptable to you, please message us prior to purchase and we will be happy to accommodate your needs. Baseball hats will never be shipped in an envelope. We do or best to ship everything with excellent care.
International Shipping-We ship in all 50 states. And we use Global Shipping Program (GSP). If you are interested in another shipping method other than what is described (ie. expedited shipping, international shipping, etc), I will do by best to accommodate your needs.
