SORRY. I WILL NOT SELL OR SHIP THIS ITEM TO RUSSIA, AFRICA, OR SOUTH AMERICA DUE TO PROBLEMS WITH POSTAL SYSTEMS. If this lot is shipped internationally it will be broken up in two or more packets to keep it light enough that I will not need to complete a customs form.
