Licensed: Brokum manufactured by King Embroideries, NJ (now defunct)
Purchased from them in August of 1990 and shipped to my retail location.
NOTE:  I displayed these patches for sale on a bulletin board.  They have a tiny
hole in the upper left and right hand corner.  The person who sews it on your
jacket for you can easily run the sewing line through the hole.  Its just in from
the edge slightly - not too close - not into embroidered image.  Ask and I'll
send you a picture with a pin in the hole.

you need a magnifying
glass to see them.  You don't even see them when you hold the patch up to the light. There's a whole bunch of holes in it from the embroidery process which is normal)
