Condition:  Fair. For restoration.
This will need cleaning and restoration. It appears mostly complete. It is not perfect, it has surface rust and the tires are yellowed but solid. It has a foot brake and the top goes up and down. There is a cover that is also included. The fabric is a bit stiff on both top and cover. It does currently have a musty smell. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thank you.
