This 2 3/4 X 1 3/4 inch photograph is of 1st Lt. Jacob A Bennett, RTO officer in Italy.  The photo comes with two letters. One for John S. Higgins Lt. Commander Pay Corps, USN forwarding him a copy of a letter of accomodation  from William S. Sims, Vice Admiral, USN.  1st Lt  Jacob A. Bennett was from Savannah, GA.   Bennett was in charge of the Railway Transportation in Italy for the American Forces.  Shipping includes insurance.
