An original 1918 photograph in Washington, D.C. of U.S. ARMY Major General George [Washingtion] Goethals [1858-1928] and Staff.
Black & White [sepia toned] Photograph, sighted is 11" x 15-7/8" in a period frame with glass and overall is 12-1/4" x 17-1/4" .  The name of the photographer is in the lower left corner.  The photograph appears to be in very good condition.
The wood frame appears to be in good plus condition with minor scratches.   I have not examined this photograph outside of the frame.
